As explained in our Satisfaction Guarantee, we want our clients to be happy with what they have purchased, and most clients are. Unfortunately magic does not work like a push-button kind of thing, it is a process. Sometimes this process can take longer, therefore we require all clients to give each spell the required time to produce the outcome they have wished for.

To request a refund:

The mandatory ingredients charge* will be deducted from your refund.
Within two weeks leading up to your one-year order anniversary, you will need to fill out this form and request your refund.
The timing is important.
Make sure you fill out this form in its entirety.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy
