These are the Terms and Conditions applicable to the purchase of services and products as offered and displayed on our covenofthegoddess.com website.

Disclaimers

If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you should not use and purchase any of our services and products displayed on our website. Your purchase of our services and products on this website shall be deemed to indicate that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.

The Site and Services are available only to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.

All aspects of spell casting services, readings, and consultations offered by us on covenofthegoddess.com cannot and should not be a substitute or replacement for medical, financial, professional, legal, or psychiatric advice, care, or help.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of readings and consultations and they are subject to your own interpretation.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of a spell purchased or accessed through this website (because that is outside our control). It is not possible to give refunds for spell casts offered and purchased on this website except for what our Satisfaction Policy permits. This is because our time and energy have been expended, and expensive ingredients are used, which cannot be recovered.

When we cast spells we are using all the knowledge, experience, and power we possess to bring about the best possible result for all the spell casting services purchased on the covenofthegoddess.com website. When our spells are cast, our work is done, we cannot guarantee any spell’s outcome as it might not be the purchaser’s destiny to have the spell manifest as they would like.

By using or purchasing our spell casting services, you agree to not hold the Coven of the Goddess or covenofthegoddess.com responsible for any result or outcome of a spell, or the lack thereof. The Coven of the Goddess will not be liable for any financial claims or restitution from the services offered on the covenofthegoddess.com website.

You agree that you have voluntarily requested the Spell Casting Services from the Coven of the Goddess for and by yourself and you assume full responsibility for your actions.

Covenofthegoddess.com makes no claims nor guarantees any medical, supernatural or magical qualities for any service or product that is sold on this site. The site, the service, and the merchandise are provided “AS-IS” and Coven of the Goddess expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances is the Coven of the Goddess responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the Site or the service and/or any content posted on the Covenofthegoddess.com site or transmitted to our users. The use of our website is for entertainment purposes only and information provided is based on spiritual beliefs.

Limitations of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Covenofthegoddess.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

Refund and Return Policy

If for some reason your spell does not work within 6 months, we will recast your spell free of charge, or refund your money after 1 year*. You must request a free recast of your spell after 6 months here. We can only process recast requests that are submitted through this link. If you did not have your spell re-cast, you do qualify for a refund, minus the ingredients charge. In order to request a refund, you will need to fill out the refund request form within two weeks leading up to the one-year anniversary of your spell. Timing is important. We cannot process any refunds after the 1 year anniversary of your payment. We only process refunds after we have received the proper request. Ingredients charges are:

• Standard Cast for USD 59 = USD 29
• Standard Cast for USD 169 = USD 109
• Power Cast for USD 89 = USD 49
• Power Cast for USD 269 = USD 174
• Ultimate Cast for USD 169 = USD 109
• Ultimate Cast for USD 349 = USD 226

The mandatory ingredients charge will be deducted from the refund. If you use the free re-cast option after 6 months you waive your right to a refund. Refunds can only be issued in the same manner as payment was received. If you no longer have the payment method, we will issue you a store credit instead.

* You will need to request a refund within 2 weeks leading up to the 1 year anniversary of your spell.

Cancellation Charge

Should you change your mind after you have submitted payment and before the spell work has been completed, you will be charged a 10% cancellation charge. The cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund.

Choice of Law and Venue

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of California, County of Los Angeles. Any and all disputes arising out of this Agreement or the Services referenced herein shall be resolved by mediation, and if such mediation is unsuccessful, by binding arbitration under the auspices of, and pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator and shall be held in or as close as possible to Los Angeles, California.

Privacy and Confidentiality

The use of our website and our services are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us and will be protected at all times. All your communications, submissions, and purchases are confidential and will never be released or discussed with anyone.

We also expect you to maintain confidentiality about any readings, spells, services, rituals, or spiritual advice we share with you. Therefore you are not authorized and allowed to publish any spell or ritual information given to you by the Coven of the Goddess without our written authorization.
